Petit Fours

My friend Emma and I had a fun day at Savour making Petit Fours. This is the third class that I have done and all have been excellent. The classes are well organised and you get to share and bring home whatever is made, all nicely packaged in cake boxes.


Passion - chocolate biscuit base, passionfruit jelly, vanilla buttercream, and chocolate transfer decoration.


Nocciola - hazelnut financier, caramel whipped ganache and chocolate decoration.


Cha Cha Chai - chocolate biscuit, chai mousse, chocolate spray, chocolate glaze and chocolate decorations


Peanut Butter and Jelly - lemon pate sable base, peanut mousse, raspberry jelly, glaze and caramelised nuts.


A fabulous classroom and workspace.
