Green Chilli Jelly

The capsicums, peppers and chillis are ready to pick. Some will be left to turn red and the rest used to make green chilli jelly. It is good with cold meat, cheese and really delicious with cream cheese on dry biscuits or small pieces of fresh crusty bread.

I used this recipe for Capsicum and Harissa Jelly .  Omit the harissa and substitute green capsicums and green chillis.
