Chin Chin and Me 4

Dinner tonight, celebrating a friend's birthday with more from the Chin Chin cookbook.
Many of the recipes in this book are quite complex and require a bit of effort in the planning and shopping.Some are easier to cook and a few are very complex with lots of stages. They are worth the effort. I love cooking from this book.
