Cinnamon Icecream

This delicious dessert was made by our friends James and Joyce, a lovely finish to an excellent dinner. James made the icecream using this recipe and adding two teaspoons of ground cinnamon. I am so pleased when someone uses a recipe and adapts it to suit their ideas. I am hoping that Joyce will share her recipe for the apple tart.
