A Wee Irish Gent

With the surname Maloney, there has to be some Irish ancestry somewhere in the family. This little man is something I made a few years ago. He has a head that I sculpted in polymer clay and a green cloth body. Quite a dapper leprechaun with his tails and top hat.

For my knitting group some lemon and raspberry cakes iced with lemon icing coloured green - in fact the food colouring was labelled Kelly green. The cup cake papers have a sort of clover leaf design - if you squint and have a drop or two.

No, this is just a bad photo and not the result of too much Guinness!
