We are off on another road trip. Our destination is the Flinders Ranges. It is a serious business planning these get aways. Australia is a vast country and it takes organisation and lots of booking to coordinate accomodation and dining experiences. We like to take a somewhat leisurely approach to our travels. This time we are travelling via the Coonawarra and Clare Valley wine regions of South Australia.
Seven Hills, One of the wineries we visited. Initially developed by the Jesuit priests although the winery now operates independently. The grounds included a church, crypt, cemetery and currently is a retreat operated by the church.
