Easter baking. We have lots of visitors over Easter and it always good to have some treats on hand and a shared lunch with friends.

Chocolate Choc chip cookies for the quick cuppa
Chocolate layer cake with a chocolate noodle nest and handmade tinted and spotted eggs as a cake topper. For some reason I seem to always be allocated dessert at the shared brunch.
And for those who have had enough of the buns and chocolates, Apple slice with my homemade apple semifreddo / ice cream.
