Valentine Hearts

Beaded hearts, a project started in my textile art group prior to Christmas. Finished in time for Valentine’s Day. These were a fun project and a great way to use up some of my stash of beads.

This one is a brooch

This and another one in pink are small framed pieces

My grandson was quite taken with them. His first Valentine.

Another much larger piece, ready for framing.

The beaded heart is attached to a heavily free machine embroidered background piece that was stitched with pink thread and then over stitched with white thread.
